In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ls888 Platform is strictly conditioned upon the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an ls888 account or to place any Wager on the Platform. ls888 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions in which it operates. ls888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance with the minimum age requirement.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. 3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship, trusteeship, or similar restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register an Account.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account at ls888. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
5. No Prior Suspension: You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or excluded from the ls888 Platform. Any individual whose Account has been previously terminated for violation of these Terms is permanently ineligible to re-register.
6. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with ls888 or any other gambling operator that you have communicated to ls888. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To access ls888's full range of services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. ls888 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your Account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and banking or e-wallet details — is truthful and accurate. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ls888 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ls888 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ls888 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

ls888 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account details)

ls888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or forged documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure

ls888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of closure for cause, ls888 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ls888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. ls888 charges no foreign exchange fees or conversion charges on any transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. ls888 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via supported local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are credited to your ls888 Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. ls888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, scheduled banking maintenance windows, or technical outages at the Member's chosen bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ls888 within an average of 15 minutes to the Member's nominated bank account or e-wallet. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the ls888 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance must be fulfilled before the relevant funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• ls888 reserves the right to apply additional review procedures to withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk controls. Such reviews may extend processing times beyond the standard 15-minute window; ls888 will communicate any delay to the Member.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your ls888 Account, you confirm that the funds are derived from a legitimate source and do not constitute the proceeds of any unlawful activity. ls888 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ls888 offers a range of Bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to a 100% welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day. All Bonuses are subject to the specific Bonus Terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the Bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the Bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered.

5.3 Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all games on the ls888 Platform contribute equally to Bonus wagering requirements. Slot titles generally contribute 100% of each Wager placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sportsbook Wagers contribute at rates specified in the relevant Bonus Terms, which may be less than 100%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other specialty game Wagers may carry reduced or zero contribution rates as stated in the applicable Bonus Terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ls888 reserves the right to void Bonus credits and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it determines that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: the use of low-risk or risk-free betting strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms; the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once; collusion with other Members; and any pattern of play that ls888 reasonably concludes is designed to circumvent Bonus wagering requirements rather than to engage in genuine recreational play.

5.5 Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the period specified in the applicable Bonus Terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. ls888 is under no obligation to notify Members of imminent Bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook Wagers placed on ls888 — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP Mandalika, and all other covered competitions — are subject to ls888's Sportsbook Rules published in the Help section of the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be void at ls888's discretion unless the In-Play betting market was open at the time of placement.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg parlay) bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the bet to win. If one leg is void, the bet is recalculated as a parlay with one fewer selection.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the Asian Handicap rules published on the Platform.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (a "manifest error"), ls888 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Member's Account.

6.2 Casino & Slots

Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed on-screen. ls888 accepts no liability for disputes arising from a Member's failure to understand the rules of a particular game before playing. 6.3 Esports Betting

ls888's esports betting markets — covering Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Dota 2, CS2, and League of Legends — are subject to the esports-specific rules published on the Platform. Tournament scheduling changes, roster substitutions, and match forfeitures are handled in accordance with the relevant event's official ruleset as recognised by ls888's trading team.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum Wager limits vary by product, market, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed within each product's betting interface. ls888 reserves the right to alter betting limits at any time and to apply individual Member limits where it deems necessary for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ls888 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during Account operation.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
3. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events on which ls888 offers markets.
4. Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, tournament, or sportsbook market.
5. Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in Platform software for personal gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected malfunction are void.
6. Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any conduct that ls888 reasonably suspects constitutes a breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
8. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing ls888 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
10. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any ls888 content, branding, or intellectual property without written permission.

All content on the ls888 Platform — including but not limited to the ls888 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software code, text, images, audio, video, and game assets provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of ls888 or its respective licensors.

ls888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use. ls888 expressly excludes all liability for:

1. Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not ls888 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
2. Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party service provider outages, force majeure events, or actions by governmental or regulatory authorities.
3. Losses arising from the Member's failure to comply with these Terms, the Member's use of the Platform in breach of applicable law, or the Member's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.
4. Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where such access results from the Member's failure to protect their login credentials.

ls888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — that is, where it substantively affects Members' rights or obligations — ls888 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change. Any Wagers placed or Bonuses claimed after the effective date of amended Terms will be governed by the amended version.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ls888 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international gaming platform. ls888 operates as a trusted and secure international platform serving Indonesian players; its services are intended for personal recreational use by adults aged 21 and over.
